Coordination of promotional activities: receiving and processing information about promotions, including interaction with gaming providers and internal departments.
Planning and implementation of promotions: development of concepts and plans for promotions, identification of target audience, and methods of promotion.
Ensuring timely placement of promotional materials: on all company platforms, monitoring relevance and brand compliance.
Content management and game placement: Creation and implementation of new tournament ideas.
Timely transfer of information and materials: between departments.
Analysis and reporting: monitoring the effectiveness of promotions and tournaments.
Training and development: continuous training in industry trends, mastery of new tools and technologies for improved work efficiency.
Compliance with regulatory requirements: ensuring that all promotional activities comply with the legal and ethical standards in force in the gambling industry.
Work experience: (at least 1 year) coordinating promotional activities, preferably in iGaming or entertainment.
Knowledge: of project management principles, experience working with task managers (Asana or similar).
Skills: Developed communication skills, ability to effectively interact with different departments and external partners.
Creative approach: to promoting and tournament development, ability to generate new ideas.
Attention to detail: responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
English language level: at least B1.
