Job Details

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with Fastmarkets' top 100 clients.

Deliver personalized solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive transformational growth.

Drive revenue growth exceeding 25% annually by cross-selling and upselling solutions.

Develop tailored account plans aligning with client strategic goals.

Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, timely solutions, and proactive communication.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and customer success).

Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.

Track KPIs, account performance, and client feedback.

Lead contract negotiations for pricing, contracts, and renewals.

Proactively drive executive sponsorship and engagement.

Develop account-based marketing strategies with marketing teams.

Model execution, collaboration, and engagement, demonstrating best practices in account management.

Direct interaction with senior executives and key decision-makers.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams.

Engage with product teams to influence roadmaps.

Negotiate contracts and manage pricing structures.

Interface with executive leadership to provide updates on performance and client insights.

Work with operations and support teams for seamless service delivery.

Required skills include in-depth knowledge of commodities markets, account management best practices, market analysis, PRA product knowledge, proven high-value account management experience in a B2B environment, strong sales performance, cross-functional collaboration, client engagement, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and leadership ability.
