Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Instacart
Lead growth and relationship management strategies for retail partners using Caper solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, from executives to associates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Data Science, Product Management) to develop strategies optimizing partner success.
Create and deliver impactful partner-facing materials and presentations.
Caper-Specific Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Caper's in-store experience.
- Educate internal and external audiences on best practices and successful implementation.
- Present and evangelize Caper product suite to external stakeholders.
- Identify retail associate pain points and translate them into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Collaborate to design product offerings meeting consumer and retail partner needs.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Align Instacart's enterprise solutions with partner business goals.
- Demonstrate Instacart's solution value to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Monitor partner KPIs to ensure strong adoption and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain product knowledge for premier service and partner education.
- Serve as an internal champion for partners, creating effective feedback loops with Product teams.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Industrial Engineering, Retail Operations, or similar.
- Proven ability in project and program management.
- Strong technical aptitude for effective articulation of product capabilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication and data analysis skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship building and influence skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in grocery, e-commerce, or operations.
- Experience in developing customer success frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with hardware solutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative account management alongside Sales teams.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within the continental U.S. and Canada required.
Occasional weekend travel may be needed for launches or events.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation and benefits.

- Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
Salary:
- CAD$122,000 - $135,000
Equity Grant:
- Eligible for new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
