Job Overview: As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at StrongDM, you'll be the strategic point of contact for our largest customers in the US, ensuring their success and maximizing the value of StrongDM's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as advisor/consultant to customers
- Lead kickoff calls to define deployment plans
- Collaborate with technical teams to map customer goals to implementation steps
- Collaborate closely with support and engineering to resolve issues
- Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs
- Analyze customer environments to maximize value
- Be the customer voice for product, support, and engineering improvements
- Own the entire customer journey from onboarding through renewal
Target Accounts: Fortune 500 and larger global enterprises.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Account Management/Customer Success
- Consulting background (preferred)
- Tech-savvy knowledge of cloud and PAM (preferred)
- Strong project management skills (onboarding, implementation, rollout)
- Strong business acumen to differentiate problems
- Experience persuading technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage challenging customers
- Ability to manage complex projects under pressure
- Humble, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
