The Enterprise Field Marketing Manager will drive integrated marketing strategy and demand generation across the US and Canada for mid-market enterprise accounts. This is a crucial role requiring experience in campaign planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive demand generation and marketing strategy to meet pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders on marketing and communication plans.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support revenue goals, including regional integration, alliances, campaigns, events, and activities for executive, management, and technical audiences.
- Manage a regional marketing dashboard tracking effectiveness and impact of marketing spend on pipeline.
- Monitor and measure results of marketing campaigns.
- Develop consistent and regular reviews and communication with sales stakeholders.
- Support the brand, leverage local and social media to drive awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Minimum 4+ years leading field marketing campaigns for a high-tech company.
- Familiar with Security, IT, Identity & Access Management.
- Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple management levels.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
- Ability to clearly articulate and deliver program goals to multiple audiences.
- Experience in all facets of marketing (account-based, online, social media, events).
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 (USA). Final compensation determined by various factors.
