Enterprise / Strategic Account Manager
About the Role
The Enterprise / Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers, driving product adoption, renewals, and upsells.
Core Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption through training and onboarding.
- Proactively manage renewals and identify/execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Address and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 12+ years experience in customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record managing 10+ enterprise accounts and driving product adoption, renewals, and upsells.
- Domain knowledge in sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to set realistic customer goals and drive to outcomes.
- Ability to navigate complex networks within an organization.
Location: Eastern Time Zone (NYC preferred, other East Coast remote locations considered).
Travel: 25-50% travel to East Coast customers.
Compensation: Competitive salary, equity, benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), wellness/commuter/FSA).
Compensation Range (NYC): $180,000-$227,000 USD
