1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a global growth strategy to establish DPO-ONE as the leading privacy compliance solution.
2. Sales and Marketing: Enter new markets, acquire customers, and strengthen existing relationships. Guide sales and marketing teams.
3. Product Development: Foster innovation and collaborate with the development team to continuously enhance the SaaS solution to meet global needs.
4. International Leadership: Scale DPO-ONE globally and partner with diverse markets and sectors.
5. Financial Management: Ensure a strong financial foundation through budget management and goal attainment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading successful company scale-ups.
• Track record of driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, willing to embrace innovation and risk.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Dutch and Portuguese advantageous).
• Affinity for privacy legislation and compliance (a plus).
