About the Role: As a Director at DPO-ONE, you will lead the organization's scale-up, emphasizing sales growth and product development.
- Strategic Growth: Develop a global growth strategy to position DPO-ONE as a leader in privacy compliance.
- Sales & Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets and deepen customer relationships.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the development team to improve the SaaS solution.
- International Leadership: Expand globally and partner with diverse markets.
- Financial Management: Ensure a sound financial foundation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading companies to scale-up.
- Strong track record in driving sales growth and product development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to innovate.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Dutch and Portuguese beneficial).
- Understanding of privacy legislation and compliance (a plus).
