Full-Time Entrepreneurial Director / Partnership Investor

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as the go-to privacy compliance solution.
• Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers, and deepen existing relationships. Give direction to our sales and marketing teams.
• Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to continuously improve and adapt our SaaS solution to global needs.
• International Leadership: Take DPO-ONE to new heights by expanding globally and partnering with diverse markets and sectors.
• Financial Management: Ensure a sound financial foundation through effective budget management and the achievement of set goals.

• Demonstrable experience in successfully leading companies to a scale-up.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and Portuguese are an advantage).
• Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.
