Full-Time Export Compliance Manager (EMEA)

• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Manage compliance with APAC trade regulations, conduct risk assessments, and support the Entity List program.
• Audit & Compliance Assurance: Lead the Import Export Compliance Assurance Program and develop audit methodologies.
• Policies, Procedures & Documentation: Draft and maintain GTC policies, SOPs, and desk instructions. Support the Deemed Export Program.
• Training, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a training liaison for GTC and deliver country-specific training.
• Operational Compliance & Program Management: Support project management activities and provide end-user/end-use controls support.

Responsibilities:

• Managing compliance with China Dual-Use and Rare Earths export controls.
• Interpreting and ensuring compliance with APAC trade regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments and red flag analysis.
• Supporting the Entity List program and sanctions controls.
• Leading compliance reviews & audits.
• Drafting and updating GTC policies and procedures.
• Serving as a training and reporting liaison for GTC.
• Supporting project management activities for export compliance.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years of direct export compliance experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of APAC export controls and sanctions.
• Solid knowledge on China Dual Use and rare earths export controls.
• Good understanding of US Export controls and sanctions.
• Experience with export classification of technology, software, and hardware.
• Oracle GTM proficiency is highly desired.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
