Field Finance Manager
The Nashville Field Office has an opening for a Field Finance Manager. This role supports the Field Office Finance Director, Nashville Leadership Team, Extended Leadership Team, and Owner Operators.
Responsibilities:
- Review Owner/Operator financial health, identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze individual Owner/Operator financial health, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with the National Field Finance Team (NFF).
- Assess financial viability of Owner/Operator businesses.
- Evaluate financial projections and ability to meet financial screens for sales between Operators.
- Provide financial insights to the Franchising Function.
- Create and present onsite and virtual presentations.
- Analyze Owner Operator cash flow results, create projections, and partner with Operator teams to identify profit opportunities.
- Identify gaps between business trends and Field Office targets.
- Prepare financial analysis of gap closing initiatives.
- Apply economic policies and partnering initiatives to individual restaurant situations.
- Assess reasonableness of development deals.
- Coach and consult with non-financial stakeholders/partners.
- Adhere to policies including expenses, spending approvals, and authorizations.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years accounting/finance experience
- Highest integrity and ethics
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of real estate development and/or franchising a plus
- Strong computer and Excel skills
