The Field Operations Manager - Americas is a critical role to deliver our next phase of growth in the Americas region. You will partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, with responsibilities spanning planning, forecasting, segmentation, territory planning, and reporting business performance. You will be a critical part to our operational rigor and success of the Americas Sales organization. You will report to the Field Operations Director – Americas and work closely with Americas sales management team, field professionals, and Global Revenue Operations team.
- Lead forecast calls, pipeline generation calls, and business reviews in partnership with Sales VP’s.
- Proactively identify key business trends, discuss them with leadership, and create action plans to implement changes in GTM structure to hit revenue targets.
- Optimize territory assignment and quota planning using a data-driven approach, partnering with Sales and Finance leadership.
- Leverage reporting and analytics (pipeline, sales productivity, sales velocity) to identify insights and optimize performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with peers in EMEA and APJ Regions for global consistency of best practices.
- Advocate for the Americas sales organization, ensuring field feedback is captured and acted upon for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales Strategy & Excellence to ensure key sales programs are driven by Americas Sales team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in related roles (Strategy & planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, FP&A, or Analytics).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Confidence and experience working in Salesforce.com and Tableau. Experience in Clari is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Sales strategy and operations.
- Experience interacting with Sales leaders.
- Ability to structure and execute complex analyses, synthesize insights, and drive business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Smart, bold, and humble attitude to collaborate with CyberArk team.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $124,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus (performance-based), and benefits.
