The Opportunity - Film & Television Onboarding Specialist (Remote): Wrapbook seeks an Onboarding Specialist to onboard Film & TV clients onto the platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to initial payroll. This role owns the entire onboarding process, fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding Program Management: Own the onboarding process from sales handoff to the client's first payroll, ensuring complete client training.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the client's primary contact, ensuring proactive and clear communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Labor Relations, Product, Customer Success, Operations) to ensure accurate client setup.
- Mapping Current Workflows: Understand competitor platforms and explain how Wrapbook performs the same functions.
- Platform Setup: Configure client contracts and platform settings.
- External Training & Enablement: Provide comprehensive client training, leveraging subject matter experts.
- First Payroll Execution: Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers for accurate payroll processing.
- Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Escalation Management: Address critical issues promptly, ensuring positive client experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Film/TV entertainment payroll experience and union experience preferred
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Notion, Salesforce, and other collaboration tools
