Job Details
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in your region and other trained countries.
Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, adhering to local tax regulations.
Schedule and reconcile payroll expense collections.
Assess and improve rapid growth processes for compliance.
Stay informed about local regulatory and policy changes, communicating them across teams.
Provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters.
Answer complex payroll and HR questions from employees and clients.
Minimum Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in payroll and HR in a relevant country.
Strong understanding of local payroll regulations.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and possess strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local payroll software solutions, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing technology and external payroll providers, implementing new payrolls, and experience in multiple country jurisdictions.
