Job Purpose:Provides outsourced payroll services to clients. Manages new accounts with all aspects of service delivery.
Job Duties:
- Organization: Manages workload for accurate and timely service delivery. Recommends improvements to efficiency and quality. Prepares reports on operational issues.
- Account Management: Responsible for all aspects of service delivery, accuracy, and timeliness. Acts as point-of-contact (POC) for operational or service delivery issues. Ensures services adhere to standards and client satisfaction. Monitors client satisfaction. Escalates issues to management. Participates in meetings with clients.
- Service Delivery Quality: Ensures accurate and prompt payroll processing and service delivery. Keeps accounts updated with legislative changes. Improves processes through automation. Ensures statutory registrations/declarations are completed on time. Identifies and escalates service delivery issues. Monitors compliance with internal SOPs. Ensures services exceed KPI targets. Complies with payroll regulations and labor laws.
Skills Required: Analyzing Information, Thoroughness, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Reporting Skills, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, Financial/Payroll Software, Excel Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years global payroll experience, strong communication skills, ability to independently communicate with clients, complete end-to-end payroll calculations, Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration, strong understanding of payroll filings, expert understanding of country-specific payroll regulations.
SMART Performance Goals for Senior Consultant:
- Handle 5 payroll clients or take 5,000+ employee payrolls live in 12 months.
- Ensure no major client escalations related to payroll outputs/data accuracy in 12 months.
- Ensure monthly SLA with accuracy and timeline is met above 98%.
- Implement 2 improvements in results validation processes in 6 months.
- Propose 3 process improvement/system enhancement ideas to line manager in 12 months.
- Enhance senior capability by gaining knowledge of 3 countries' payroll regulations/policies.
