Job Details
As Fleet Administrator, you’ll track fleet information and validate invoices. You’ll collect data from multiple sources, set up and maintain asset databases, analyze data, and create/distribute reports. This includes coordinating with field personnel to maintain accurate fleet asset information.

- Create reports and dashboards.
- Create deployment plans and track progress.
- Manage transportation and logistics projects.
- High school diploma/GED + 3 years in transportation/logistics OR Associates degree in transportation, logistics, or supply chain + 1 year experience.
- Experience using relational databases (SQL Server, MYSQL).
- Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets/formula, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Power BI and basic Python knowledge.
