Full-Time Flexis - Head of Financing & Cash

Head of Financing & Cash management is responsible for the company's funding strategy, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of funds.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company liquidity and efficient cash flow.
• Secure funding and mitigate treasury risk.
• Deploy suitable funding strategies.
• Secure funding sources.
• Monitor free cash flow, daily treasury, and relevant indicators.
• Ensure working capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with CFO on equity & debt operations.
• Interact with internal/external stakeholders.
• Report to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Develop and present regular reports on cash position, forecasts, and investment performance (with controlling team).
• Participate in fundraising and capital management.
• Manage relations with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage bank accounts and daily treasury operations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks (e.g., interest rate, currency).
• Implement controls & procedures for financial assets and compliance.
• Implement treasury management systems (TMS) with IS/IT team.
• Ensure payment terms align with treasury needs.
• Participate in budget & financial forecasting for cash management.

Skills & Experience:

• 8-10+ years of Finance/cash management/treasury & funding experience.
• Experience with scale-up/independent entities and large corporations.
• Fundraising experience in mid-cap entities.
• Experience in automotive industry (preferred).
• Excellent French & English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with relevant software & tools.
• Strong team player, collaborative, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.

Location: Hybrid working possible with frequent travel to Paris area, Flexis sites in Villebon, Technocenter Guyancourt, and Lyon (Business & Sales office).
