What you will be doing:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee smooth flow of F&B outlet operations.
- Lead Team: Train, motivate, and ensure high service standards.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Engage with guests, address feedback, build loyalty.
- Financial Oversight: Control costs, monitor revenue, achieve financial targets.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate on menu updates and guest preferences.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in food and beverage quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock, manage supplier relationships.
