Quince Logistics Services - General Manager

Quince is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new logistics platform, QLS (Quince Logistics Services). This is a high-impact role focused on developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for QLS. This will involve all aspects of logistics operations including: transportation, warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3-day Order-to-Delivery (O2D) for 90% of customers
• Develop and execute the business plan for QLS
• Sell, onboard, and retain QLS customers
• Oversee logistics operations: transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, 3PLs, and suppliers
• Collaborate with leadership for company-wide strategies
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge logistics technology
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for cost reduction, quality and delivery times
• Build and lead a high-performing logistics team
• Manage and report on key logistics KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of senior leadership in logistics or supply chain management within e-commerce or global trade
• Proven track record of managing complex global logistics operations and delivering measurable improvements
• Strong leadership, team building, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Proficiency in advanced logistics software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce or tech-driven logistics company
