Global Accounts Receivable Manager
At Dataiku, we’re leading the AI revolution. We’re adding a Global Accounts Receivable Manager to our growing team!
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting, the Global AR Manager will be responsible for owning AR, ensuring timely & accurate billing, minimizing bad debt, customer cash applications, maximizing collections, and owning all aspects of AR month-end close and reporting/analytics.
Impact:
- Provide leadership & guidance to a team of 4, including establishing performance metrics, training, and development.
- Manage day-to-day AR activities globally (processing invoices, applying payments, reconciling accounts, resolving disputes, etc.).
- Partner with FP&A to manage collections for cash flow forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance AR processes using technology, automation, and best practices.
- Work with the customer process team on customer onboarding and portal management.
- Assess and mitigate AR risks (bad debts, credit limits, etc.).
- Set collection metrics & targets, communicating progress to senior leadership.
- Develop & provide analytical insights & reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain policies/procedures related to billing, credit, and collections.
- Prepare/review documentation for annual audits and month-end close.
- Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Account Executives, Deal Desk, FP&A, Legal, and Customer Success.
Requirements:
- 6+ years Accounts Receivable experience, 1+ year management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with OTC process (including revenue recognition) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- NetSuite and NetSuite collection module (Dunning Letters) experience.
- Experience with customer portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Intermediate/advanced accounting knowledge (AR) preferred.
Bonus: OTC process, revenue recognition, SFDC experience.
Location: US-based remote position. Eastern & Central time zones preferred.
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 USD. The final compensation package is based on experience, etc.
