Full-Time Global Circularity & Sustainability Certification Manager

• Lead the global management of Circularity and Sustainability Certification services, ensuring technical and commercial success.
• Maintain/extend accreditations in line with Circularity and Sustainability Certification strategy.
• Work with the BA Global Accreditation Manager and Global ESGACC Manager to maintain impartiality and resolve conflicts of interest.
• Ensure global internal and external KPIs are met.
• Manage a team of Product Managers and act as an Accreditation Manager.
• Participate in defining product strategies, policies, and internal systems for Circularity and Sustainability Certification services.
• Support the commercial strategy and provide guidance to affiliates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent SGS externally in relevant forums.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product regulatory and market evolution.
• Act as Technical Lead contact for the network of Affiliates.
• Support and provide subject matter expertise as needed.
• Ensure compliance with global technical documents and procedures.

• Provide commercial strategy and business plan for product growth globally.
• Establish global and local pricing strategies.
• Develop relevant marketing materials.
• Develop knowledge of customer and market needs.
• Oversee competitive activities.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development activities.
• Actively participate in scheme owner committees.
• Ensure communication with other Global Product Managers.
• Develop business requirements for new products and solutions.

• Ensure successful management of products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes.
• Maintain knowledge of SGS IT systems, procedures, and external approval criteria.
• Develop relevant internal and external KPIs.
• Adopt safe behavior and comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
