Global Logistics Manager
Blueprint is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to design and manage a scalable logistics network supporting domestic and international operations. The role will oversee freight, customs, and warehouse distribution for timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop strategies to minimize duty taxes and fees, ensuring compliance with international tariff regulations. Leverage trade agreements, optimize shipping routes, and maintain knowledge of global customs requirements.
As the company expands, the Global Logistics Manager will optimize processes, integrate warehouses, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee domestic and international logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective goods transportation.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize performance and costs.
- Design and implement scalable warehouse distribution networks, including integration of new facilities.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (delivery times, freight costs, inventory turnover) to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade agreements.
- Collaborate with inventory and demand planning teams for alignment.
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain and transportation disruptions.
- Lead initiatives to implement new logistics technologies and software.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of logistics management experience, including international operations.
- Strong knowledge of freight, customs, and warehouse distribution.
- Experience working with 3PLs and global carriers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.

- In-depth knowledge of global logistics operations.
- Experience with 3PL management and contract negotiations.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
