Job SummaryThe Global Marketing and Sales Enablement Senior Manager will develop and execute global marketing campaigns and sales enablement strategies. This role requires strong strategic acumen, practical action focus, and deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales processes. Proven experience in campaign management, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration is crucial, especially within a consulting business.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering Positioning and Content: Collaborate with practice and industry to align offering positioning with market needs and brand strategy. Plan, manage, and execute global content and thought leadership initiatives, including ownership of core global assets such as surveys. Collaborate with leadership on new and innovative solutions, including learning and development, digital offerings, and integrating acquisitions.
- Go to Market Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, guide, and implement global marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure campaign consistency and localization, utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Sales Enablement: Design and deliver go-to-market and sales enablement programs to equip teams with necessary tools, resources, and training. Create and maintain sales collateral (presentations, case studies). Build sales team knowledge and skills. Proactively develop sales and go-to-market tools, including CRM and digital platforms for analysis and ROI measurement.
- Market Research and Analysis: Oversee market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Oversee customer insights analysis to inform campaign and sales enablement strategies. Provide regular reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and measuring success.
- Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with industry, practice, market, and regional marketing teams. Partner with external agencies and vendors. Manage a small global marketing and sales enablement team.

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years experience in marketing, campaign management, and sales enablement, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of dss+ client markets, developing strategies across regions.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive industry-specific campaigns and achieve measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
