This role is part of Service Now's Global Partner and Channels (GPC) organization, dedicated to enabling & accelerating rapid growth through NOW's partner ecosystem.As a Global Partner Business Development Sr Manager for Embedded Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts for large, differentiated and innovative embedded solutions in collaboration with our largest Service Providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth.
- Pro-actively identify whitespace areas to penetrate NOW as the de-facto platform.
- Provide visionary leadership to shape partner thinking.
- Collaborate with partner executive leadership on the long-term roadmap.
- Identify & evaluate potential opportunities for large Embedded pursuits.
- Engage cross-functionally with pre-sales and BU verticals.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle.
- Present solutions to partner C-level executives.
- Lead Partner EBCs by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate internally & with partners to define the deal construct.
- Coordinate with partners to co-develop innovative solutions.
- Rally a diverse team behind a common goal.
- Evaluate different pursuits like a VC.
- Drive business case, ROI, and gain partner commitment.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously improve sales processes.
- Identify new Embedded pursuits in unexplored units.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in IT sales.
- Experience in large, embedded solutions and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of aligning with partners.
- Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
- Deep understanding of IT markets, technologies, and trends.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation:
$123,900 - $204,480, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
