ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Leader (GPL) to join the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) team to manage a large global partnership.
This high-profile growth opportunity demands a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales quotas.
- Aligning offerings with regional and global plans.
- Educating field representatives on partnership differentiation.
- Qualifying, developing, and executing sales opportunities.
- Researching partner needs and tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition.
- Supporting prospect qualification and execution of new sales opportunities.
- Accelerating license consumption.
- Building the ServiceNow practice beyond cloud and infrastructure.
- Navigating the horizontal service line structure.
- Leveraging global RTM segmentation.
- Developing joint go-to-market plans.
- Interfacing with global teams and stakeholders.
- Managing pipeline and forecasting.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Driving marketing plans with partners.
- Identifying new industry solutions.
- Developing business plans with associated governance and executive sponsorship.
- Managing potential conflicts.
- Driving and managing partner managers.
- Running global pipeline calls and alliance cadence calls.
Requirements:
- Established operational relationships within the Global SI community.
- Consistent quota attainment and over-achievement.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical/financial planning skills.
- Knowledge of Global System Integrators, Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors.
- Experience in sales or alliance partnerships in the Cloud/SaaS space.
- Ability to align, localize, and execute joint GTM strategies.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in managing large accounts or alliance partners.
- Building compelling joint GTM value propositions.
- Strong background in managing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Experience with leading software, cloud, and SaaS organizations.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and collaborative.
- Diligent in measuring and communicating progress.
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA degree preferred.
Ideal candidate: 12-15+ years of prior global alliances and partner sales experience, including business development in Enterprise Software and/or Cloud Services, driving partner revenue and accelerated growth.
