Global Partner Leader
ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Leader to join the Global Partners and Channels team and run one of our largest global partnerships. This is a high-profile growth opportunity requiring strong leadership, sales, communications, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve sales quotas.
- Align offerings with regional GTM plans.
- Educate field AEs on partnerships.
- Qualify, develop, and execute sales opportunities.
- Research partner needs and tailor the ServiceNow value proposition.
- Support prospect qualification and execution of new sales opportunities.
- Help build the ServiceNow practice with partners beyond cloud and infrastructure.
- Develop joint go-to-market business plans with partners.
- Interface with global team and stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Develop industry-specific use cases and solutions.
- Manage potential conflicts and develop aligned resolutions.
- Drive and manage Geo Partner Managers and Territory Partner Managers.
- Manage and track global pipeline calls and cadence.
- Establish operational relationships with global SI community.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Possess knowledge of Global System Integrators, Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors.
- Align, localize, and execute joint GTM strategy.
Qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of global alliances and partner sales experience.
- Experience driving partner revenue and accelerated growth.
- Proven skills in building Go-To-Market plans.
- Successful experience working with strategic systems integrators and service providers.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and highly collaborative.
- Diligent at measuring and communicating progress.
- Strong background in sales or alliance partnerships in the Cloud/SaaS space.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals.
