ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Leader (GPL) to join the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) team to run one of our largest global partnerships. This high-profile role is a growth opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, aligning offerings with regional and global strategies, educating field account executives on partnership differentiators, qualifying and executing new sales opportunities, researching partner needs, supporting prospect qualification, accelerating license consumption, building the ServiceNow practice with partners, navigating horizontal service lines, and developing joint go-to-market plans.
Additional Responsibilities include: quarterly and annual business reviews with partners and ServiceNow leadership, driving marketing plans, identifying new industry solutions, managing potential conflicts, driving and managing Geo & Territory Partner Managers, running global pipeline calls, and maintaining relationships within the global SI community.
Requirements include consistent quota attainment, strategic thinking, analytical and financial planning skills, knowledge of global system integrators, strong sales or alliance partnership background, and experience in the cloud/SaaS space.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets, manage large accounts or alliance partners in a next-generation software company is essential.
Experience leveraging or integrating AI in work processes, building Go-To-Market plans, and working with strategic systems integrators is a plus. A Bachelor's or MBA degree is preferred.
