ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager to join the Global Partners and Channels team to manage a large global partnership with Infosys in the Americas.
This high-profile role offers a growth opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include generating new sales revenue with Infosys across Americas and EMEA markets using various sales approaches (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through). This involves territory planning, account planning, forecasting, business development, and field-based sales activities. Collaboration with global regional partners is key to driving license adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas for the allocated partner.
- Develop a sales strategy for the partner account.
- Prospect, qualify, develop, and execute new Service Provider opportunities.
- Manage the Dynamics Pipeline and sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage ongoing account management to drive additional revenue.
- Help Partner Sellers with account-based license swaps.
- Identify and drive net new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing partner business or direct accounts.
- Strong new business sales focus.
- Sales experience in software or IT sales, ideally in the ITSM space.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Experience displacing complex or legacy software.
- SaaS sales experience is desirable.
- Commercial acumen; ability to develop business cases and ROI.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
- CRM management and account planning experience.
