ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager (GPM) to join the Global Partners and Channels team, partnering with one of our largest global partnerships in the Americas. This high-profile role offers significant growth opportunities for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate net new sales revenue with an elite partner across Americas & EMEA.
- Provide sales leadership to the Global Partner Management team, driving new business sales through "sell-to," "sell-with," and "sell-through" motions.
- Develop a sales strategy for allocated partners, including prospecting, opportunity development, and execution for Service Provider opportunities.
- Manage Dynamics pipeline, sales process, forecasting, and opportunity closure with GPS.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to partners and end customers.
- Maintain strong account relationships to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Support Global Partner Sellers in account-based license swaps with Deal Desk, Revenue, and Partner.
- Drive net new opportunities and collaborate with field account managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets managing partner or direct accounts.
- New business sales focus in partner or enterprise space.
- Experience in software or IT sales, ideally in ITSM, managing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Demonstrated ability to displace complex or legacy software.
- SaaS sales experience (highly desirable).
- Commercial acumen and experience developing business cases and ROI with partners/customers.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels, including C-level.
- CRM, account planning, and forecasting skills.
Compensation:
Base pay: $114,540 - $189,000 + equity (when applicable) + variable/incentive compensation + benefits.
