We are seeking a skilled and strategic Global Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Partnerships team.
In this role, you will drive growth through marketing initiatives across regional and global markets, focusing on building and executing strategies that develop strong partnerships and drive impactful results. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and Global Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in fostering growth through a range of global technology partnerships, developing innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment with Sinch's short-term and long-term plans.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee and manage ongoing marketing campaigns with strategic partners to ensure mutual success and alignment with goals. Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage partners' value propositions to drive growth across Sinch products.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with regional teams to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Develop relationships with partners who refer customers to Sinch or resell Sinch products.
- Growth: Leverage strategic partners' value propositions to drive growth across Sinch products and contribute to overall company growth.
- Account Planning: Develop and implement global and regional joint marketing plans to maximize partnership potential and drive sustainable growth.
- Regional Priorities and Execution: Work with regional leadership and teams to set priorities and execution plans for marketing initiatives. Ensure regional efforts align with the global strategy and framework while focusing on scalable and efficient execution.
- Scaling and Performance: Enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies, accountability, and business acumen within the partnership and supporting teams. Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, or voice technology.
- Experience with partner programs or partner marketing preferred.
- Ability to adapt to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft suite, Teams, Salesforce, and content management systems.
- Previous experience with Ecomm, martech and ERPs a plus
