Full-Time Global Rebate Operations Analyst

Leads global rebate operations: Plans and executes rebate settlements/payouts for WD's global customer base (OEM + Distributor + Retail).

Process ownership: Drives improvements and alignment across all rebate and claim settlement aspects, harmonizing programs across subsidiaries.

Stakeholder engagement: Actively engages with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, AR Collections, Finance, and supply chain segments to resolve customer concerns and avoid disputes.

Efficiency improvements: Identifies opportunities for efficiency, aligns stakeholder interests, and drives solutions to streamline current practices.

Analyst training and support: Provides functional guidance, training, and support to offshore rebate analysts to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.

Dispute resolution: Troubleshoots rebate disputes and deductions, determines causes, provides solutions, and manages operational escalations.

Customer relationship management: Engages directly with the global customer base to ensure healthy relationships, drive process improvements, and resolve conflicts regarding disputed payments.

Internal controls and customer satisfaction: Ensures rebate settlements meet internal controls and external customer satisfaction targets.

Business target support: Assists with periodic business targets (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).

ERP implementation support: Supports enterprise-wide ERP, rebate, and inventory tools implementations.

Project management: Manages projects to completion, manages stakeholder expectations and timelines.

Skills and knowledge:

Preferred knowledge: Model N, Oracle, SAP
