Job Purpose: To lead, optimize, and manage global supply chain operations. Oversee end-to-end processes (Demand Planning, Purchasing, Production Planning, Logistics, Freight Spend, Trade Compliance, Shipment) ensuring efficient operations globally. Drive strategic initiatives, improve performance, and enhance cost-efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Build a world-class supply chain for the OEM business, focusing on systems, processes, policies, and practices.
- Develop and implement global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Apply and deploy supply chain excellence in global supply chain and factories.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operations (inventory, forecasting, logistics, NPI, Trade Compliance).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance, Products) for seamless integration and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global logistics partners. Negotiate contracts and manage performance for timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
- Leverage analytics and technology to drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global supply chain team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Incorporate innovative technologies for long-term business sustainability.
- Resolve urgent issues to ensure supply continuity.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Use data analytics to develop and enhance KPIs.
- Share best practices and contribute to process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's or MBA preferred.
- Relevant professional qualification and/or experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics.
- Minimum 10 years in global supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with multinational supply chains and cross-border operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of all supply chain aspects (logistics, purchasing, planning, forecasting, inventory management).
- English language skills required.
