Role SummaryAs the Growth Manager, Field & Virtual Events, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events globally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving engagement through events, have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, ensure alignment with growth objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences. Track timelines, deliverables, and communicate updates. Monitor event performance metrics.
- Content & Communication Support: Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging event materials. Draft email campaigns, social media content, and other communications. Ensure all content aligns with event goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Assist in managing vendor relationships. Support post-event follow-up strategies.
- Lead Generation & Data Management: Track leads, support lead-nurturing strategy development. Ensure accurate CRM data entry. Assist with reporting on success metrics to assess ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably B2B/SaaS.
- Proven track record in planning and executing corporate events, branded roadshows.
- Strategic mindset, ability to align initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills to measure campaign impact.
- Proficiency in Marketing Tech: HubSpot, Salesforce, ON24.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google).
Compensation
The target base compensation range for this role: $64,500 to $96,000.
