The Role: We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to join our GTM Ops team. It’s our job to support, accelerate and optimise the strategic efforts of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
What you'll do:
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in the revenue cycle, analyzing challenges and recommending effective solutions to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Implement and maintain standardized processes and workflows across revenue teams.
- Document and communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to support revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between revenue teams.
- Translate Marketing, Sales and Success needs as part of the Customer Journey into technical requirements
- Collaborate cross functionally to design, implement, and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of solutions to guarantee they meet the needs and expectations of end users.
- Contribute actively to the growth of the GTM Operations team by sharing your knowledge, collaborating effectively with teammates and helping to shape our best practices.
We'd love to hear from you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proven experience managing CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficient in project management and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced and uncertain environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
