This position can be hybrid or remote.
Provides leadership and strategic direction for maximizing the internal and external productive capabilities of the composition, filing and manufacturing delivery work. Leads the sourcing and distribution functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate sales and operations teams for strategic alignment, performance optimization, and company target achievement.
- Set clear objectives, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Develop manufacturing and composition supply strategies to ensure product capacity and capabilities meet market needs while optimizing costs.
- Review production data plans to maximize production capabilities, and develop plans to expand the business and support services to attract and retain customers.
- Manage operational activities ensuring optimal quality and quantity of work is manufactured on schedule and in accordance with procedures, cost and earning objectives.
- Oversee compliance with Employee Health & Safety policies and practices to ensure plant safety.
- Implement and lead continuous improvement and standard practices across deal operations.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
- Plan, assign, and review staff work to ensure group objectives are met.
- Hire, train, develop, and manage staff to ensure qualified staff exists to meet group objectives.
This role requires approximately 50% travel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in printing, engineering, business, or related area. Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience leading a large manufacturing operation required.
- Experience in the use of Continuous Improvement tools required.
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong project planning and team facilitation skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Salary: $206,400 to $330,300/year. The actual pay may vary based upon education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
