The Role
GeoComply is seeking a visionary Head, Channel Partners to build and lead our channel program.
As the Head, Channel Partners, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:
  • Channel Strategy & Leadership: Design, build, and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and business plan to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic Partner Development & Management: Strategically identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners across diverse verticals.
  • Sales & Technical Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs, including in-depth training, compelling sales support materials, and regular, impactful engagement.
  • Performance & Analysis: Define key performance metrics, meticulously analyze data, and implement initiatives that optimize partner performance and drive significant growth.
Who You Are
You are a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong desire to make a significant impact. You will bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in channel/partner management, sales, or business development roles, specifically within the technology sector (SaaS, cloud services, security, or content delivery network solutions).
  • Track Record: A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue targets and performance objectives.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct experience working with or for major CDN, security, or identity management providers.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Independence: Highly self-motivated, organized.
