Head of Aftersales department
Within our Robotics Division's French subsidiary, you lead the After-Sales department composed of 4 teams: field service technicians throughout France, a repair workshop, and a phone support team located in Faverges, as well as service sales specialists.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to developing a service strategy for the robotics division and deploying it locally.
- Participating in budget development, then developing, coordinating, and implementing the tactics to achieve it.
- Analyzing and prioritizing customer-specific requirements.
- Implementing actions to achieve customer satisfaction excellence.
- Organizing and coordinating service execution across France to ensure maximum responsiveness and service quality for all portfolio services.
- Ensuring compliance with global service pricing directives.
- Gathering the needs of strategic market segments for the Robotics division, and adapting the local service offer to meet French market requirements.
- Defining, engaging, and implementing the investments necessary to serve the customer.
- Optimizing execution costs to achieve the subsidiary's profit margin.
- Participating in and representing the company at events.
Management responsibilities:
- Manage After-Sales teams, repair shop, phone support, and service sales teams (approximately 30 people, including 2 management relays).
- You join a Stäubli manager community and are supported to achieve the human and business objectives of your environment.
- In this role, you represent management, lead the team daily, and ensure the development of your team's performance.
Mobility: Frequent travel within France.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing after-sales teams in the industrial field.
- Skills: Team management, mechanical, electrotechnical, and software knowledge, Office 365 and industry-specific software, financial activity management, sales development.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Qualities: Leadership, customer service orientation, adaptability, excellent communication.
