Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for power tools within the assigned territory.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Turnover and Profit Management: Manage turnover and profit within the territory, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • B2B Portal Support: Support the use of B2B portals for sales and customer service.
  • Marketing Activity Implementation: Implement and execute local marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Competitor and Market Intelligence: Gather competitor information and market trend data to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership (Externals): Depending on the role, may lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.

Experience: 5+ Years experience in channel sales in allied industry or hardware.

Location: Ludhiana

Education: B.Tech or MBA
