Job Details

As a District Sales Manager, lead a team of experienced sellers and execute a strategy for maximizing business growth.

Develop and manage your team to drive transformational deals, accelerate growth, and meet/exceed goals.

Proven and visionary sales leader with passion to win, innovative thinking, and strong C-suite relationships. This role will entail:

  1. Deeply understand customer needs via research.
  2. Provide robust support to your team in customer meetings.
  3. Analyze weekly territory pipeline and forecasting for effective closing strategies.
  4. Engage in territory planning, develop C-suite relationships, and drive revenue.
  5. Cultivate a high-performing sales culture with outstanding results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy. Mentor your team for sustained success.
  6. Possess strong technical knowledge of the portfolio to solve customer problems.
  7. Drive and oversee team selling opportunities, fostering collaboration.
  8. Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving goals.
  9. Effectively communicate with all levels, including the C-suite, to establish open relationships.
  10. Influence others through change management.
  11. Develop a winning team through strategic recruitment, hiring, and training.
  12. Build and manage strategic partnerships.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in SaaS-based architectures and cloud technology (ideally networking/security).
  • Expertise in the Swiss Market.
  • 2+ years managing a high-performing DQC Team.
  • Experience with indirect and direct sales strategies.
  • Consistent year-over-year success in sales pipeline management.
  • Highly motivated, focused on execution with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Consistent record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals while building and developing teams.
  • Strong influencing skills with effective communication.
  • Teamwork and relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and executing sales initiatives.
  • Strong strategic partnership building.
  • Fluent in German and English (excellent written/verbal).
