Bizrate Insights is seeking a Sales Director to join our newly formed Sales team.

This individual will start as an individual contributor, later building the department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying white spaces and creating target lists
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop outreach strategies
  • Owning territory, creating and closing net new opportunities
  • Measuring success by new revenue, overall client adoption & logos
  • Applying strong solution-selling skills and extensive sales experience
  • Building and cultivating strategies to drive maximum performance across the entire sales cycle
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create and provide solutions that clients need
  • Hiring and building a sales team based on defined processes

Qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of high-performance sales, with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions (SaaS, market research, customer feedback, & insights experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Experience with both Enterprise and Transactional sales, running deals across multiple internal stakeholders/departments
  • Professional client-facing skills; polished, articulate communication
  • Strong solution-selling skills, desire to understand client problems
  • Creative and curious mind with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of selling into and building relationships at the 'C' level
  • Experience and understanding of ecommerce, retail, CPG, and/or SaaS solutions
  • Strong technical skills with sales tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot)

Requirements:

  • Driving the entire sales cycle from inception to close, for yourself and your team
  • Discovering and fostering leads, utilizing online and offline resources
  • Reaching key decision-makers to sell Bizrate's mission, platform, and solutions
  • Completing outbound sales outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person connections across multiple verticals)
  • Maintaining pipeline via Salesforce
  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Driving net new logo acquisition
  • Building and managing a growing sales team
