As Head of Business Development, you’ll be the strategic force behind Phantom’s next phase of expansion—deepening and diversifying partners across crypto and traditional fintech. This critical role will act as Phantom’s outward-facing business & partnerships function, establishing and managing strategic partners in service of driving go-to-market execution, distribution, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Craft and lead a high-impact business development and ecosystem strategy to drive user growth, monetization, and platform expansion.
- Own deal flow with major crypto players (chains and protocols) and key traditional players (tech and financial cos), landing high-value integrations and co-markets.
- Launch new lines of business by supporting the Product function’s launch strategy and designing go-to-market activities that grow Phantom usage
- Hit revenue targets by measuring impact, iterating collaborations, and deepening integration across Phantom’s multi product stack.
Qualifications
- A leader with 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or corporate development.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, with a strong network in Solana and beyond.
- A cross-functional operator—comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing, and Finance.
- A strategic negotiator—skilled at structuring deals with both decentralized protocols and regulated financial players.
- Exceptional judgment when it comes to deal prioritization.
- Excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the rapidly evolving world of digital currencies.
- Experience managing a lean team or a proven high performer who can take on management duties.
