Your role at Horizon Distribution involves managing and improving operations for our online booking platform and IcePortal Content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation, support, and PMO teams across regions.
- Identify areas for operational and technical optimization.
- Support the Managing Director in business administration tasks.
- Travel about 4 times a year.
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel distribution.
- Experience running a support operation.
- Experience managing teams across cultures.
- Technical experience in API integrations, connectivity.
- Chinese language skills highly preferred.
