Your role at Horizon Distribution involves managing and improving operations for their online booking platform and IcePortal Content.
What you will do:
- Manage implementation, support & PMO teams across different regions.
- Identify areas of operational & technical optimization, lead such initiatives.
- Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel distribution industry.
- Experience running a support operation.
- Experience in managing teams across different cultures.
- Technical experience in API integrations, connectivity.
- Chinese language skills highly preferred.
