Sumsub has over 2,500 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Huobi, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo.

Now we are looking for a Head of Customer Onboarding who will create a new onboarding flow for our clients and partners.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building a team and all processes from scratch.
  • Partnering with the Sales and CSM teams to improve our client’s onboarding flow.
  • For biggest clients: developing an understanding of the client’s needs and designing customised solutions and trainings that meet their requirements.
  • Preparing and delivering online product demonstrations emphasising complicated technical sides of the solution.
  • Creating webinars and video-instructions to introduce Sumsub transaction monitoring/fraud-prevention products and solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Creating engaging content, addressing all skill levels, and facilitating online/offline training for high profile participants worldwide.

About You:

  • Prior relevant experience in the Fintech, Payment solutions and other industries in relation to anti-fraud, transactions and risk management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated track record in L&D.
  • Extensive experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and work towards a deadline.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to driving projects forward.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to establish measurable objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across different channels and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Prior experience with budget management is essential.
