The Opportunity: Freshpaint seeks a Demand Generation leader to lead efforts to grow to $100M. Develop and execute campaigns fueling growth, partnering with marketing and sales to optimize execution. Lead a team of marketers, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Reimagine and scale the pipeline engine to grow from $22M to $100M in 24 months.
- Develop demand generation strategies for $100M target, focusing on account-based strategies.
- Run campaigns to drive pipeline and partner with sales.
- Develop segmentation strategies for effective account penetration and revenue diversification across healthcare.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers focused on digital marketing, ABM, and vertical marketing.
Qualifications:
- Led Demand Gen at high-growth B2B SaaS startups scaling revenue from ~$10M-$50M+
- Fully owned pipeline growth as the org scaled
- Proven track record of account-based go-to-market strategies.
- Enterprise demand generation expertise supporting sales for ≥$100k ACV lands
- Cross-functional operator with company goals as priority.
- Uses data and tech to build a growth machine.
