Tengiva's Mission: Democratize accessibility to materials worldwide.
Role Overview: Spearhead scaling digital marketplace transactions across 10 B2B platforms. Directly incentivized by transactions, focusing on growing GMV.
Objectives:
- Scale 10 B2B marketplaces from $0 to $10M in transactions within 24 months.
- Activate 1,000+ users per platform and drive merchant engagement.
- Engage platform owners to improve transactional performance.
- Collaborate to deploy and enhance proven strategies, innovating to exceed goals.
Responsibilities:
Technology Development & Optimization:
- Prioritize and conceptualize technology improvements for maximizing transactions.
- Automated product push to social media (images, descriptions, tags).
- Enhanced SEO tools with automated custom descriptions.
- Paid advertising and Google AdWords integration.
- Recommendation tools for budgeting and advertising.
- In-platform features for boosting conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with CEO, Development Team, and UX Designer.
Strategy Development & Deployment:
- Create and execute a clear, actionable marketing calendar.
- Define and deploy affiliate programs.
- Optimize and automate onboarding materials (merchant and marketplace owner training).
- Enhance in-person event strategies for maximizing digital platform usage.
- Develop in-platform content (collaborations, announcements, partner highlights).
Administrative Oversight:
- Leverage internal marketing team (3 members).
- Coordinate with external marketing partners and Sales Team.
About You:
- Strategic and hands-on leader with an intrapreneurial spirit.
- Proven experience scaling B2B digital transactions ($0 to $10M).
- Skilled in leveraging in-person events to maximize digital strategies (QR codes).
- Self-starter ready to be an individual contributor.
Skills:
- Advanced Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising.
- Intermediate Figma, CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations.
- Proficient English, French or other languages a plus.
Position Details:
- Full-time, salaried position with benefits.
- 6-month probation period.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.
- MacBook Air provided.
Compensation: 100,000 CAD base salary + 5% quarterly transactional revenue bonus.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- No contractors.
