• Develop & execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy tailored to UK dynamics.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Support International team in developing and executing marketing solutions for physical retail, ensuring alignment across regions.

1. Partnership Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with key UK distribution partners (retailers, distributors, strategic partners).
• Collaborate with partners to create marketing plans aligned with Cricut's brand and goals for mutual success.

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Lead targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences.
• Develop engaging marketing & promotional materials for the UK market.

1. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
• Drive region-specific lead generation programs to increase UK brand awareness & sales.
• Collaborate with retail partners to maximize reach, provide training & resources for product promotion.
