Full-Time Industrial Sales Manager

This role is responsible for optimizing sales in existing mid-market accounts by strengthening customer relations and growing revenue. It also involves bringing in new business.

This role is accountable for managing the sales pipeline to ensure optimization throughout the sales cycle, from lead execution to closing and account management.

1. Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals in assigned accounts.
2. Expand account base by moving new opportunities through the sales pipeline.
3. Coordinate with Key and Global Accounts teams to expand account footprint.
4. Coordinate with overlay specialists to expand PPE offerings.
5. Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned territories and accounts.
6. Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, and other cross-functional partners for business alignment.
