The Head of Disputes Go to Market (GTM) role works with sales teams to identify ServiceNow Disputes solutions for the Financial Services market. S/he aligns with account teams for strategic clients to develop opportunities based on industry solutions.
S/he serves as the main point of contact for pursuits, connecting with senior stakeholders, and bringing an industry-based lens to messaging and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Educate leaders on ServiceNow.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Infuse industry expertise into account strategy.
- Partner Development & Execution: Lead priorities with top partners to support industry positioning.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyze the global disputes business to understand trends.
- Industry Strategy & Team Leadership Development: Develop integrated sector strategy.
S/he will maintain a pulse on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities, programs, and communications, and advise on ideal messaging, channels and approaches with the goal of delivering the best possible solution for customers.
