The OpportunityWe need a leader in Marketing for our Supply Chain segment with deep experience in modern B2B marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, demand generation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This leader must thrive in a startup environment and be confident in making bold decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Build a data-driven demand engine.
- Grow the demand generation engine 2-3x through new channels.
- Build on early momentum in thought leadership and customer storytelling.
- Align tightly with sales to define meaningful KPIs.
- Partner across the supply chain business unit to build customer lifecycle programs.
- Optimize the marketing team with the right tech stack.
- Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization.
- Sharpen our market position to reflect modern value.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.
- Expert at aligning brand and demand.
- Proven in supply chain, manufacturing or industrial tech sectors.
- Passionate about data, outcomes and continuous improvement
Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $165,000 - 175,000 USD Annual (12 Months) + annual bonus opportunity. U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, and well-being programs.
